What You Can Expect

Each coaching engagement is customized to your goals, pace, and preferred format. Belinda blends deep listening, structured frameworks, and honest feedback to help you see yourself clearly and lead more powerfully.

Coaching Process

Phase I:  Assess and Define

Phase II: Implement and Refine

  • We’ll move forward with a plan for improvement that includes identifying and overcoming obstacles along the way, available resources, and 
sources of support. Your coaching plan will include specific, actionable methods for improvement
  • We’ll build your skills with interactive exercises, real-life case studies, curated media (books, articles, videos, talks), and lots and lots of feedback
  • We’ll have bi-weekly coaching calls to discuss your successes and reflect on ways you could’ve been even more effective. These coaching 
calls will be feedback-rich conversations to foster self-awareness and continuous improvement
  • We’ll measure your success and modify your plan as needed

Phase III: Consolidate and Sustain

  • We’ll celebrate milestones along the way to ensure that you stay motivated and focused on your journey to success
  • We’ll measure your success and set you up with a plan for the future

Coaching engagements typically run in 3 – 6 month cycles with regular sessions and between-session support
