Decisions We Make
I shadowed a coaching client recently while he presented to his sales and leadership teams. He did a great job — but one line really stood out:
“Our culture is created through hundreds of everyday decisions… your decisions will determine our success.”
I love this because it underscores something leaders often forget:
We have more control than we think. Every choice — how we show up, listen, follow through, treat others — shapes the environment around us.
As we approach Thanksgiving, let’s appreciate the power we have … and use it to create the culture we want.
