Coaching Process

Phase I:  Assess and Define

  • We’ll identify your strengths to leverage and areas of development to enhance
  • We’ll get input from your manager, your colleagues, your direct reports and others whose feedback would be helpful
  • We’ll uncover the obstacles that may be getting in the way of your success
  • We use the latest psychometrics and technology to quickly identify your underlying preferences and raise your self-awareness.
  • You’ll be provided with a customized report that informs your development plan.

Phase II: Implement and Refine

  • We’ll move forward with a plan for improvement that includes identifying and overcoming obstacles along the way, available resources, and 
 sources of support. Your coaching plan will include specific, actionable methods for improvement.
  • We’ll build your skills with interactive exercises, real-life case studies, curated media (books, articles, videos, talks), and lots and lots of feedback
  • We’ll have bi-weekly coaching calls to discuss your successes and reflect on ways you could’ve been even more effective. These coaching 
calls will be feedback-rich conversations to foster self-awareness and continuous improvement
  • We’ll measure your success and modify your plan as needed

Phase III: Consolidate and Sustain

  • We’ll celebrate milestones along the way to ensure that you stay motivated and focused on your journey to success
  • We’ll measure your success and set you up with a plan for the future.
